Arcobat 5 prints multipage file on one page.

I have one computer at the office that prints all pages on one page. The computer is running XP Pro. The printer is a LaserJet 5Si networked with a Jetdirect card. It happens with any multipage document. I can print the same document to a HP 1700 inkjet without a problem. I have removed and installed the printers and the Acrobat software.

Other office computers can print the document without a problem.

See if checking "print as image" helps.

I gave it a try. When I "print as image" only the last page of the multipage doc prints. I then unchecked "print as image" and it printed all the pages on one page.

I tested this file on other computers and it prints okay.

If "Print as Image" doesn't work then you've got something really wrong with your print drivers.

Try the 5Si PS driver - it may give you bettter results.

I also strongly suggest you check to make sure your drivers are the most recent - we have a number of HP printers and regularly find problems in their printer drivers I am afraid.

When you're in the print dialog box, click on Properties. Somewhere - probably on a Layout tab - there is a place where you can choose the number of pages you want to print per sheet. See what that says

You are correct. I added another printer to this computer(same printer just a network share on a Windows 2K3 Server)and it prints fine. The drivers must be messed up on the computer in question. I tried to remove and re-install but it does the same thing. I guess I need to track down the print drivers and delete manually and then do an install. Thanks for your input.
