Arranging in the Score
Hi
I am having some trouble with a Quicktime movie I have placed in the score. I have it as the bottom layer/channel in the stacking order. So, it should be in the background. The problem is that I cannot see the items that are placed in front of/on top of the movie. Anyone know why this is happening?

Re: Arranging in the Score
This is happening because your video will be set to direct to stage.
you can change this setting in the property inspector for your video
sprite but this will have an adverse effect on playback of your video
so test it thoroughly if you're going to do this. particularily on
older machines.

Re: Arranging in the Score
Hi
One more question. Will the same thing happen if the movie is an AVI or an SWF?
Thanks,
Jessica

Re: Arranging in the Score
Yes, it's the same for both of them. basically if you're not sure
whether it's the case or not then have a look at the property
inspector for a sprite of that nature if it contains a check box for
direct to stage (or DTS) the n the same rules apply.
