    I appreciate your response, although there was no solution for the problem.
    Link in your comment point to the site with arbitrary subset
    of the SLS directory from the ftp Caldera resource, mentioned in my post.
    All relevant files there are variations of the boot/N1 diskette.
    Critical is, however, M1 diskette, and only available its source on the web,
    at my best knowledge, is ms101.35.m1.Z.
    I extracted the file, employed as M1 (3.5"), and it did not work with
    my installation CD.

    So, I ask, again, people who are in possession of SCO ODT 3.0 with
    CD-ROM distribution, to email M1 file to me.

    I want to thank in advance.

    My apologies, I completely mis-read your post. I've looked through
    the old boxes I have here, but cannot locate *any* M1 diskette for
    ODT3.
