asp-error 0240

Can someone explain to me what the following error means:

Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0240'
Script Engine Exception
name of folder and file from which the error came
A Script Engine threw expection in 'C0000005' in 'IActiveScriptParse::ParseScriptText()' from
'CActiveScriptEngine::AddScriptlet()'

I am using a MS-Acces DB with mainly text-fields. The DB was made in ms-access 2002 (Office XP).
The first time I got the error was after I had added the value baby's in a text field. Before adding I
changed the ' in ''. That was no problem. The problems started when I tried to read the DB again.
I hope someone can help me with this.

Huh??? I suppose that last paragraph must have made sense to you. I'm sure
that no one else reading this message will comprehend it :-)
