ASP image resize freeware?

I need a simple asp tool to make thumbnails automatically after my clients
have uploaded images to my dedicated server. (I can install on the server so
that isn't a problem). Anyone have a good link to such a thing? I've tried a
couple of freebies I found by searching but they did not work. Thanks!
