Not 100% sure but it could be because your database does not have write
permissions set on the database folder?

Thanks for suggesting certain things to try.

I have checked that the ODBC Connection is set up correctly, and also checked the permissions on the folders, and everything is as it should be.

Does anyone know what else I could try.

    Thanks

Thanks saps I have tried what you have suggested, I enabled web sharing on the necessary folder but am stilling getting this error:

    Error Type:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers (0x80004005)
[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Operation must use an updateable query.
    /Initial Questionnaire/initial_Questionnaire.asp, line 115

Can anyone please suggest a reason for this.

    Thanks in advance.
