ASP.NET 1.1 unable to find assembly'DreamweaverCtrls'

Ok I was getting the sme error. My hosting company which is godaddy.com does
not support dreamweaver ctrls. I would have to get a dedicated server abd I do
not have the money for that. What can I do to change that line so dreamweaver
ctrls is not used ot what can i chance the name space attribute is???? Please
help. I am in a jam and I need to get out of it ASAP.
