asp.net and DW
That pretty much sums up the question. I have a web-based (if not internet)
application I want to build in asp.net using SQL Server 2005 Express (son of
MSDE). I don't want to get into the IIS versus Unix, MySQL vs SQL debate.
We'll save that for later. Does DW (Macromedia MX Suite actually) support
asp.net development? I'm not near my laptop (and my macromedia software), but
need the answer.
Thanks.

Re: asp.net and DW
It does but in a limited way. It can get you by in the basics.
If you want to do more advanced ASP.NET apps then I would suggest getting
Web Matrix (free) or even better Visual Studio to do your ASP.NET
development in, and leave the front end to DW.

VS.net sucks too, but it makes .net development a LOT easier.
