ASP.NET and Windows Office intergration
has anyone ever intergrated Office products (word, excel,
powerpoint, etc.) into an ASP.NET web application (run in
ie).
This is a major question mark in a project I have begun
development on. I dont mean connecting to an office
product, but actually 'loading' an instance of one of
these products into the browser (actually into a cell in
a table or frame).
at first thought it doesn't seem possible, and would take
up huge amounts of server resources while managing state?
does anyone have any comments on the possibilities if any?
Thanks,
psinyc
