Could not complete this operation because an assertion has failed!
Found it! Hit cntrl + alt keys together then click on save to web. This deletes the prefs and I was good to go. -

Well I'm not back in business, I have even deleted the pref file. I'm still getting the message and it will not save for web...whats the problem here guys, there seems to be quite a bit of this popping up.
Worked perfectly up till now.
