ASUS P4P800 and 3C940

[Chuck Lidderdale]

I just got a new box - ASUS P4P800 and the built in network
is a 3Com 3c940 Gigabit chip. Anyone had any luck getting
it to work?

using the driver provided by asus (v 044), or the patch for the 2.4.x
kernel , it works , but sux if you are natted, ie , i couldn't access
google, or some other random site (yeah, seems strange, but it's like
that)
