Auto-completion?
Hi all,
Just got the trial version today. I was looking for a development tool,
like MS visual studio, that was really good @ auto-completion so that i
wouldn't have to constantly look-up methods, syntax, etc. I'm starting off
with a .jsp file and some things auto-complete such as when you type the "." in
the following line:
Cookie monster[] = request.getCookies();
a list of methods appear to select from. However, when I try references
methods for monster, ie:
monster[1].getName()
It does not. Is this just how most developer tools work? I haven't used any
tools in a while so I'm not sure if I'm asking too much...

Re: Auto-completion?
Hi,
While it will be possible to have code completion for some default
functions and APIs, Dreamweaver does not support at the moment code
completion for your own functions and variables.
We have a product that partially covers this need - MX Coder Pack - it
supports primitive still efficient code completion in Dreamweaver
