    Default Auto Picture

Ok. I have a kind of weird question, and I hope you all Understand it.

Is there any program, or anyway, that You can edit an image, kind of on the
fly on a website. For example, if I have a pic or avataar if you will, lets
call it a template, and I want to edit that template and place a new members
name on it, based on the Name they entered on a signup form. Is there
    something that can do this?

I play golf in the msn gaming zone and have a team... when we play against
other players, everyone has a logo that appears by their name. It is
basically a design that I manually put their name on. But I am wondering if
this can be done automatically on my website when they sign up.

For info.. my host uses windows 2002 server i believe, and i use access DB
    and asp 3.0

Please let me know anything on this topic.
