Automatic Centering In Browsers

Is there an easy way in Dreamweaver to automatically center your website in a users browser? If it involves complex coding, is there a Dreamweaver extension that does it?

What did you figure out?

The simplest way is to put everything into a centering (and perhaps
relatively positioned) div.
