Automatic Clearing of an Acrobat Form - Adobe Acrobat Windows

Problem is, when a user clicks on the link to use/view the form, the form that appears still has all the information he had typed last time he had used the form. So in order to reuse it, the user must go through ever field and delete everything first. As a temporary solution, I've added a button on the top of the form that resets the form to blank. Now, is there a way I can make it so that the form will clear itself automatically everytime it is opened? ...

Maybe I am thinking too simply, but can't you make the form read-only? That way, if they need to save the form, they still can, but not to that original location.
