Automatic Duplex Printing
Is it possible to embed printing preferences into a PDF? I'm creating an 2 page application that needs to be sent to several other employees at my office. When they open it, I want them to be able to fill it out and when they print it - it will automatically duplex print. Is this possible?

Re: Automatic Duplex Printing
Gregory,
There are no easy ways to do this. I'm sure that if there is a way to
construct a script to do this it will be more trouble, then attaching a
note to the pdf asking that the employees print on both sides. If the
number is small enough you could call them on the phone.

Re: Automatic Duplex Printing
It depends strictly on the printer they use, whether the printer they use is capable of duplex (automatic). And the print Driver used on the Computer they are using. most inkjet do Automatic Duplexing. But its rare for a Laser to do so. Now you can set up Manual Duplexing by having Document print every other page and with print facing up turn pages around 180 degree and print the other side. But that's a pain.
