automatic form creation

Is there any way to have a form layout created from the structure of a table?
So that the text boxes, text areas, etc. have the same names as the fields in
the table and automatically match the data type.

I have the data connection established and I can see the table structure.

DW8 and PHP MySQL.

Any help would be appreciated!

Ken, your an ACE all right, THAT'S IT!!! Just what I was looking for and then
some. I just spent a few minutes with it, but I think DW is worth it's price
just for the form wizards alone. It even writes the queries!

I'm have to play around with it some more, but I think it's going to be an
amazing time saver for me. I searched everywhere but I couldn't find it. Thanks
for pointing it out Ken!
