Technically, without screen capture, no, you can't "copy and paste". But you CAN drag it directly into photoshop, or right click on the image in your browser and save it to the hard drive first.

You can copy and paste any image. At least you can in PS7. Just did one from the net

Right clicking with Internet Explorer, one of the options *is* Copy,

Although it can be done, don't forget that most images are protected by
copyright and you must get permission from the copyright owner (which may
involve paying a royalty fee giving you certain rights) to copy the image
and use it for your own purposes.
