InDesign CS Leading Problem
There is too much space between the last two lines of my paragraph. I've experienced this issue with PageMaker, and was able to fix it by removing an extra space at the end of the sentence. However, this is not the problem here. The leading is consistent throughout the paragraph. This is making me crazy! Can anyone help? Thanks!

Re: InDesign CS Leading Problem
What is the leading, and is it "Auto" or precisely set? Sorry if this is obvious, but have selected the entire paragraph and made the leading the exact same number (not just "Auto")? Could this be two paragraphs, not one? Is there a baseline shift on any of the text? Does the font change?

Re: InDesign CS Leading Problem
Sometimes the paragraph return at the end of a paragraph can contain a different leading value than the rest of the paragraph. Turn on invisibles with Type > Show Hidden Character and select the paragraph return and look at the leading value.
To prevent this in the future, go to Preferences > Text, and check the Apply Leading to Entire Paragraphs item.
