    Default b/w rgb prints

How come b/w inkjet prints in rgb mode are always a heavy brown tone? Using either history brush or layers I'm practicing converting photos to b/w (channel mixer) then adding back color. Whats the trick here in getting the prints to look like the screen?

My b/w images print fine in grayscale

I have no problem when I convert to grayscale. tone is fine no matter what paper I use. Its just when the same image is in RGB mode I get this heavy chocolate BROWN tone that is the same with all papers. I use paper profiles too.
