    Marcus,

Copy the backup file to E:Mssql\Backup.Then do

    USE master
    GO
-- First determine the logical name of the files in the backup.
--assuming the backup file name is database.BAK
    RESTORE FILELISTONLY
    FROM 'E:Mssql\Backup\database.BAK'

-- Restore the files for Test.
--assuming logical names as 'database_data' and 'database_log'
--move the logical files to respective mdf and ldf location in server B.
    RESTORE DATABASE Test
    FROM 'E:Mssql\Backup\database.BAK'
    WITH RECOVERY,
    MOVE 'database_data' TO 'e:\data\test_data.mdf',
    MOVE 'database_log' TO 'f:\log\test_log.ldf'

If you cant copy the file, use UNC while referring the backup location. The
above process can be done via Enterprise manager too.
