I haven't seen any for free (DW extensions), but there are a couple
available:

There is at least one free one that I know of that you can implement, but
isn't a Dreamweaver extension:

Not a plugin, but most are javascript text area replacements.
My favorite is XStandard lite. Fully standards compliant. The catch is that
it is activeX only. So only works on Windows. :(

theres a couple of tutes available on dmxzone for the rte editor.
simple search will find them
