When you package your document, in "Package Publication" window select "Copy Linked Graphics" and "Update Graphic Links in Package".

Um, make sure you're sending all the necessary support files along with
the InDesign doc? I'm not trying to be a smartass, but I'm not sure what
you're trying to achieve here...
