Basic Rescaling question
A5 ish document to A4ish. I say "ish" as it's a custom size adding an extra panel slightly thinner as a cover fold-out. Anyway, that's irrelevant. What I'm trying to do is scale everything up.
There must be an easy way of rescaling a piece, without changing anything. Is this possible and if so, how?
Thanks in advance.

Re: Basic Rescaling question
You could make a PDF of your A5, place it in the A4 and scale it. Type and
any vector graphics would be OK, but you would have to watch for raster
graphics losing resolution. Maybe you could counter that in advance by
placing any raster graphics at a high enough resolution to allow for scaling
up - but those who know more about graphics repro may disagree.
