    Default Basic Table Question CS1

When working with top-aligned text in table cells, how do you keep the top line from hugging the top of the cell?

The paragraph palette is good for left and right inset, but space before does not seem to move the text down.

Selecting the type and applying a baseline shift seems to work but I'm guessing there is a better way.

    TIA
