Default Batch Script returns "Could Not Run script - File was not found"

I need to batch process some images to convert them to jpgs. When I try to
set it up I get "Could Not Run script - File was not found". This also
happens when I try to dmake a web photo album. Anyone know what's wrong?
    I run G4/500 9.22 FW4.02

    Thanks

Hi Al! It's been a while since I've seen your name!

Usually this indicates that you failed to add the files you want to
process to the list at the bottom of the first dialog in the Batch
Process command. Make sure that you select the files from the list at
the top and click the Add button and that they appear in the list at the
bottom to the left of the buttons. We commonly get calls from users who
    overlook this.

As for the Web Photo Album command, you need to have a Dreamweaver
document open when you run the command. Usually the error kicks out when
a document is not open in Dreamweaver. I don't know when or if that
    will be fixed.

I did add the files into the dialog. That doesn't seem to be the problem.
Also when I hit the "save script" button, It doesn't save the script even
tho I tell it to be saved to the Commands Folder. Very strange.
