Beginner - Macromedia Director 3D

I want to publish a 3D world on CD or DVD. Users will be able to tour and navigate in this world (similiar to vrml). Are Director and plasma 3D (or 3dsmax) the correct tools for this job?...

After having modelled your world in Plasma, position several different
cameras for the views you want.

Then users will be able to navigate from camera to camera using either a cut
or a transition (you can do something similar to VRML for the views). There
are some behaviors doing just that.

Use a behavior allowing the user to orbit the camera on a given view.

    Cheers,
    Karl.

The hue of Logo Fstudio is too light I think. With both IE, 6 on Virtual
PC (Windows 98 SE) and 5 on Mac (iBook Mac OS 9.1), clicking Enter opens
a new window. I believe it should open in the same window? But, it is up
to you to decide. All the rest well done!

Yes the opacity of the Fstudio logo symbol is set to 40-50% ,because were done with Fireworks MX and using "Tween Instances.." command which "force" me to set a lower opacity for a better, sharper view of the edges...
I'm working on Windows XP Home Edition with IE 6 and Opera 7.
I didn't decide yet how the final web site navigation it will be ,but if you think that _parent link it suits best than _blank then I'll think about it!:)
The idea when I asked for comments was to get some constructive critique which should make me think better for building my site....It's first one....I used Studio MX since last year, having beside me books(Coolin Moock:ActionScript-it's best:-)

thanks and have a nice day!
