Best Layout Program For PDF's?

What is the best layout program do layout several PDF's on a page and re-output as one PDF? I try pagemaker 7 but it says you need the fonts even though they are embedded in the PDF's we import. Is there another product or a way to do this in Pagemaker?

Are you trying to create impositions from multiple PDF files?

To do any editing you're going to need local copies of the fonts.

Use InDesign :P If you are trying to combine PDF files, all you need to do is use the insert page command in Adobe Acrobat. (Full version required) I am not talking about AcrobatReader.

Just print the PDF to Adobe PDF printer and select multi-up. You may have to combine the files if there are multiple files and arrange the pages using the thumbnails before printing.
