Best page setup for Spiral Bind book...?

Around 100 pages for sprial bind book (single page, facing page off), page setup... single or facing page?

In facing page, I can't get bleed from inside page and in single page setup i can't set back side margins and page number left side.

In my way... I did page setup facing page with 2 master pages, A & B, A with right side page numbers and B master with left side page number. Set page shuffle off and saperate all pages manually and apply master pages A & B one by one to every page.

Is this the best way for spiral bind (single page) book or any other way...?
