What would be the best way to build a level in a game if the level isn't too
big, let's say 3*3*size of the viewing area (500*400)?. I could put all the
object in the level in a movie clip and then move that around or I could use
a data file to tell me exactly where everything is and then build the level
as necessary - adding and removing movie clips once they're in view or out
of view.

If the level isn't too massive and the graphics not too complex, would it be
faster to dynamically attach and unattach the movie clips than it would be
to move the whole level around all the time?
