    Default Bevelled Buttons

I'm trying to find a tutorial on a particular effect. What I'm trying to do
is get a beveled effect on mouse over. On the upstate I want the buttons to
have a beveled effect. And then on mouse over, I want it to appear is if the
entire button sinks in, not raises up. Does anyone have a tutorial for this
    particular effect in FWs? Thanks.
