    Default Big Problem Installing Extensions

When I try to install an extension by double clicking on it I always get the
    message "can't create folder h:\xxxxx
xxxxx= the name of the extension.

I tried to uninstall dreamweaver and install it again but the same error
    message, it worked before :(

Is this one particular extension or any extension you try to install?

Do you have an h: drive? Does the user that you're signing in under in
WinXP have write access to the h: drive? Is the h: drive where
Dreamweaver and Extension manager is installed on?

I am having the same problem. It doesn't matter what extension (I've tried 8-10
of them) and it doesn't matter for which macromedia program (flash, dw, fw,
etc). The thing Daddy80 and I have in common is that it seems as if we both use
a seperate partition for our TEMP directory. His would appear to be H:\ and
mine is F:\. Thanks for your help!

What happens when you move the temp folder to the same partiion as the
OS install (I'm assuming they are different)?

    Also, please report this issue:
