Biz Cards/Labels - Templates - Envelopes & Presets

Okay, I've searched and found some messages about Biz Cards, Templates, and Presets vs Templates... but:

Biz Cards (and Labels) - Templates - I found two biz cards templates in the exchanges...but, long for the Avery Templates that use to be available in a drop down menu... what happen to them? (yes, I have the Pagemaker Plugin -and will probably end up making something of my own)

Envelopes: having trouble getting envelopes to print correctly (part is where to put in printer (Canon i860) put the guide to the right and with Indesign printed to the 'left' of the page... (ended up printing tests on a Full sheet before I found the right combination of settings -both idd and print- before I could get the envelope to print right using the guide when it was slide to the right -only the left side slides to adj paper size

(I've written Canon for there take -but wonder at what happen to printing Envelopes... use to be a simple thing)

Seems I am juggling 'Apples','Oranges' and 'Bananas' when talking about getting something to print right... <sigh> Now to query Adobe, who should I write to here? Thanks!
