Black band on top of scanned image
Am using Acrobat Professional 6.0 (upgraded) in Window XP (upgraded) with an Agfa Duoscan HiD (drivers and software upgraded). When I import from a scanner from Acrobat, I get a black band at the top of the image. Same settings on the scanner imports perfectly in Adobe Photoshop ver 7. Have uninstalled and reinstalled Professional with the same results. Have no problems creating the PDF except for the black band. Page capture works also, but only in the white background portion.
Any suggestions?
