    Default Black Levels

    PS7 - Graph in levels and curves is totally black. Noticed advertisement splash on boot up is black. No previous problems until boot up yesterday. What is fix? Thanks.

    sounds like your video driver darrell. get the latest driver signed for your operating system from your vid. card's manufacturer's web site.

    Go to control panel, open the System applet. Look for Performance and Video Hardware acceleration. Set it to NONE. If the problem goes away, you need either new video drivers or you need to roll them back one version.

    Darrell,

    If you are running XP you could just restore to the day before you started having problems. This should fix any driver corruption that may have happened.
