Black text in gray box?
For whatever reason, whenever I fill in a text box with gray, the black text disappears. Any idea why? Any other color fill works fine, and I can do White text with a Black-filled box, but Black text/gray box doesn't work. The only thing I've been able to do as a work-around is to draw a separate element and just have them overlap, but that's too much work on a regular basis. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
Deb, using InDesign CS 3.0.1

Re: Black text in gray box?
No problems here.
I presume you are selecting the frame, filling it with black and then
dragging the tint slider down to give you grey. The black text should remain
black and visible.
