know this is probably an old type question considering most people are using Acrobat 7, but can no one remember if they had this problem back in the days of quark 4.1 and distiller/acrobat5?

have updated the latest laserwirter adobePS driver. And I am using the virtual printer to save to disc..I dont remember using this a few years ago when I used to make Postscript files through 4.1 and distilling 5. But i can't remember the process i use to use..we have a fiery printer here, I don't know why we use this virtual printer, I thought this was when you didny have a postcript printer on the network, could someone shed some light please any help would be greatly appreciated??
