blending? Fading?
Hi, is it possible to blend or fade one side of an image or object into...nothing? I would like to do this so if you were to put any color behind it, it would now fade or blend into that color. Is this possible with FreeHand?
Check out the picture near the top...it fades or blends to white.

Re: blending? Fading?
Thundercat,
In FHMX, use the 'add effect' button at the top of the objects panel and
select transparency/gradient mask. If you are using a previous version,
there is no good way to achieve this effect. You can get a posterized
(stepped) transparency fade using overlapping lens fills, but it is very
slow and not very accurate.
