So try this, delete all flash cookies, then go to macromedia's flash settings
page and turn off allow third parties to store content on your computer, then
try this page:

If it DOES remember to BLOCK ALL FLASH COOKIES (like 1 in 10 chance) then go
hit up like MetaCafe.com or VideoSift.com and find a YouTube Embedded video,
and see if it plays audio. If it does not, delete all your Flash Cookies
again, which unfortunately will allow all Flash Cookies to be stored on your
computer again.

Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys Directory
