How does a user generate a blockquote when using Contribute?

Select the text and choose Format > Indent

I had been looking for a blockquote style and didn't realise that the indent button would provide blockquote mark up.

This is what I end up with which is a bit messy:

<blockquote style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0;">
<p style="margin-top: 0; margin-bottom: 0">an this is blockquote<br />
and more blockquote<br />
and sitll more
</p>
</blockquote>


Where is the margin stuff coming from? And how does one avoid the p tag?
