Blog with an RSS feed and Contribute CS3

I need to add a Blog with an RSS feed to an "existing site", I can't use Bolger
or other Bolger services urls like that. Then have my client update the Blog
with Contribute CS3.
Can this be done.. if so what blog software, template solution or DW
extensions would be best to use.
Any one using contribute and a blog in this way? Any help would be great.

Not exactly sure what you mean but maybe you can check out this:

Updating a blog with Contribute:
1. In the menu go to Edit, My Connections
2. Create a new connection and choose Blog instead of a website

Showing the blog in the existing site:
1. Maybe you could use an inline frame
2. or just create a link to the blog
