    There are Bluetooth USB dongles; you plug it into a free USB port and
    presto, you have Bluetooth. Not nearly as attractive as a built-in
    option, however.

    yes, you can buy an USB Bluetooth adapter (the MS Mouse comes with one)

    what do you mean by USB splitter? A USB Hub? that should work.
