Default Blurry Fonts Using the Type Tool

When I create text in a PSD file, then 'Save to Web' as a JPG, the output results in the text fonts that look a little blurry, but in Adobe, the fonts are sharp and clear.

Can someone direct me to the right way to do this?

    Thanks

Additionally, Text and.jpg don't go well together! Better to Save as GIF if
at all possible where text is concerned

Try saving the image at a higher quality.
