Default Blurry Fonts when imported into a Word Doc.

A while back someone sent me information on how to import an illustrator logo into a word doc so that it would not print blurry and I accidently zapped the email. It worked when I tried it then and I've forgotten what he told me to do. I'm using an old beta version 8 and it will only allow saving as a PDF, AI or EPS. all of these print blurry. Can someone send me the info again.

    Get a Postscript printer,

Buy the software and read the manual.
