Book/Index Issue
I’m trying to create an index for a book using Virginia Systems Bookends Pro Index. There appears to be a problem with the way that books are being created by InDesign on my machine. The indexing only goes through the first chapter then stops. I sent the chapters to VS’s tech support and it works fine for him. However, in his book, the page numbers next to the file name are sequential, whereas mine start at page 1 for each chapter.
How do I fix this?
