    Default Booklet SE

I am doing 2-up Saddle Stitch.

8.5"x11" paper (but folded in 1/2 to make 5.5"x8.5" pages.)

    Trying to BUILD BOOK.

Why is it that when I do this with Booklet SE, it has this layout with FOUR pages all lined up instead of TWO? Sometimes I miss Pagemaker. Can you please help me? Thanks!

    Default Re: Booklet SE

Anyone know? (Basically what I am trying to do is arrange the pages so that they print in the correct order. For example, page 2 might be next to page 38 when printed, but once the booklet is stapled, page 1 will be next to 2 and 37 next to 38.) I understand this is done by going to File, Booklet SE, etc. The problem is that the layout ends up being 4 pages to one REALLY long piece of paper instead of 2 pages to a landscape oriented 8.5"x 11" piece of paper. I don't see any option or anything for changing paper size and I do want to do 2-up Saddle Stitch. So, anyone out there know how to fix this? Otherwise I'll have to do that whole process by hand which could take awhile.

    First of all it's InBooklet.

Are you sure you've chosen 2-up saddlestitch? Does you document have a
    page total divisible by 4?

If you can't change page size there, see if you can change it in your
printer properties. Perhaps the characteristics are carrying over somehow.
Set the page size to the actual individual pages, not the spread size.
