It should be obvious of what is what in the file. It is html.

    Default Bookmarks

In Acrobat 5.0 I could use indentation to make bookmarks subordinate to a higher level bookmark by dragging and dropping them as I desired. I don't seem to be able to do that with Acrobat 6.

How can I force parent / child relationships with my bookmarks?

Is it possible to preserve heading numbers in bookmarks when converting a Word file to pdf? My document uses headings and the heading titles are converted to bookmarks in the pdf file, but do not include the heading numbers.

How do I include the heading numbers in the generated bookmarks in addition to the heading title?

    Default Bookmarks

Is there any way I can create bookmarks from existing PDFs? I have roughly 150 PDFs. I would like each one to have the same list of bookmarks so that a user can jump from one PDF to another.

Yes - you can manually create bookmarks - click on the tab on the left
hand side - use the SELECT tool to highlight content and then APPLE-B ..

If you wish to have the same bookmarks in a PDF which then perform
special tasks such as printing (via the Actions dialogue) then build
your first PDF with bookmarks - open the second PDF and use the REPLACE
PAGES command. This will import the BOOKMARKS layer inside the PDF ...
    give it a whirl !

PS - ARTSpdf.com have some other great tools - Aerialist is a great one
    for bookmark logic ..
