Bookmarks and hyperlinks
I'm actually using InDesign 1.5 and want to place bookmarks and hyperlinks to export the file as a pdf-Document. How is this possible? It seems InDesign has no included function for this, but I really dont want to buy the Acrobat writer only for this little thing!
Are there plug-ins or something which may help?

Re: Bookmarks and hyperlinks
There have been two MAJOR upgrades to ID since 1.5. But FWIW, I thought
hyperlinks were a possibility even in 1.5.

Re: Bookmarks and hyperlinks
I believe the Hyperlinks palette arrived with InDesign 2. The Bookmarks palette arrived with InDesign CS, but you could make bookmarks when you created a table of contents (introduced in InDesign 2).
It's DEFINITELY time to upgrade!
