Bookmarks do not export
I am making PDFs out of InDesign. I have a style set for the documents in this collection and all was going well. All of a sudden bookmarks are not exporting. They do not show up in Reader or Acrobat Professional 7. I have created a TOC and Bookmarks is checked in the export dialog box. I have recreated the TOC, done the PDF export over and over, and still no bookmarks. What am I missing? Could this be an InDesign issue (all of a sudden?)? Thanks for any help.
