bootable diskettes for SCO Unix 5.0.4

Hello,
Where could I find, make or download the bootable diskettes for
installing SCO Unix 5.0.4? I have the CD for installation and the
license numbers but I can't boot from the CD. What can I do, please?

You can find on the release CD an image of the bootable FD
